Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Training Start Dates: 17/07 and 14/08

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? Do you thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment? Join us in Lisbon as a Customer Service Specialist for a Website Solutions project!

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional support to customers via various channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to website solutions and deliver effective solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding users through their queries and enhancing their satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 6 months in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).

Languages: Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).

A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including night shifts and two rotating days off.

What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation

Performance Bonus: Up to 180 EUR /month (12 months), 2 160 EUR gross/year

17 548,72 EUR gross/year plus a performance bonus of 2 160 EUR gross/year

Health insurance from Day 1 (free after 6 months of employment).
