Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join the Wealth and Trading team. You will apply analytical skills to develop growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and elevate our risk management practices.

You will identify, assess, document, and review operational risks; design controls; develop procedures; monitor risk indicators; and prepare risk incident reports in a fast-paced, global work environment.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree from a top university
• 2+ years of experience in operational risk management or management consulting within financial services
• Knowledge of wealth and trading processes
• Experience interpreting and organising complex data into actionable insights
• A solid track record of achievement in academic, professional, or sporting competitions
• The ability to quickly assume responsibilities
• An organised and methodical approach to work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
