SnapReach Media in Faro seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team, and ensure timely receipt, storage and shipment of goods. This contract role includes accommodation during the assignment and requires strong logistics knowledge and leadership abilities.

The successful candidate will optimize inventory control, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate stock records and efficient processes.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in warehouse management or supervision.
• Knowledge of logistics principles including receiving, storing, shipping and inventory control.
• Ability to effectively manage a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer systems including inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations related to warehousing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of warehouse workers including hiring, training and performance evaluations.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities to ensure timely receipt, storage and shipment of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize storage space and minimize loss.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Use computer systems to track inventory levels, shipments and other necessary data.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of orders and accurate communication regarding inventory levels.
• Develop and implement procedures for efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, transactions and any discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during daily operations.
