Responsibilities

The Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator will coordinate logistics, manage transportation providers, and oversee export operations, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements. They should also ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and international shipping regulations. The candidate must be proficient in ERP systems, knowledgeable about customs and trade compliance, and focused on cost optimization, operational efficiency, and delivering high-level service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the fashion, retail, or luxury goods sector.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with shipping and courier services, including international logistics and exporting.
- Experience in cost control and budgeting, managing logistics budgets, analyzing shipping costs, and implementing cost-saving strategies.
- Ability to work well under pressure and create innovative solutions to drive continual improvement.
- Customer service orientation, focused on delivering high service levels through timely, accurate shipments.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with all stakeholders in the company.
