BorgWarner is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for our new production plant in Viana do Castelo, Portugal. You will record material inflows and outflows, dispatch to suppliers, and handle chemicals safely while ensuring proper waste separation and disposal.

The role requires a secondary education level and basic computer skills; forklift operation and waste management experience are preferred, with training provided as needed.

Qualificações

• Secondary school completed.
• Relevant experience in the area will be valued.
• Basic computer skills from a user perspective (preferred).
• Training or experience in forklift operation (preferred).
• Training or experience in waste separation.

Responsabilidades

• Record the entry and exit of materials in the computer system.
• Dispatch materials to various suppliers (internal and external).
• Handle chemical products in compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify and separate waste according to its classification.
• Move waste to the designated disposal area.
• Handle loads using mechanical equipment.
• Respect and comply with workplace safety and environmental policy rules.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of the environmental management system.
