BorgWarner is seeking a Facilities Technician in Viana do Castelo, Portugal. This role involves repairing and maintaining building equipment, conducting periodic maintenance checks, and documenting all procedures in the Maintenance Management System.

The ideal candidate will have a high school education in a related technical area, over three years of experience in facilities maintenance, and knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical repair. Proficiency in Portuguese and basic computing skills are also required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in building and facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of metalwork and operation of maintenance machines.
• TIM II or TIM III certification for HVAC is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out maintenance on building equipment.
• Perform periodic maintenance checks on electrical systems.
• Document all procedures and records in the Maintenance Management System.
