BorgWarner is seeking an End-to-End Material Flow Lead in Viseu, Portugal. You will lead the internal material flow from picking to finished goods, coordinating the team to ensure timely production support and high inventory accuracy while applying Lean principles.

Responsibilities include implementing logistics concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and environmental standards. Fluent Portuguese and English are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in logistics, engineering, management or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong knowledge of internal logistics and inventory management.
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end internal material flow from picking to finished goods.
• Ensure supply to production lines with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Define and implement efficient logistics concepts (Kanban, FIFO, supermarkets, milk runs).
• Monitor inventory accuracy and reinforce data-driven decision making with SAP/ERP data.
• Promote safety, quality, and environmental standards across the operation.
