Qualificações

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Almada. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure all orders are accurate and presentable
• Handle cash and credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with setting up tables for new customers
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Communicate any customer feedback or issues to management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Proven knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must have valid work visa for Almada (if applicable)

Salary: $1500 per month (without accommodation)
