Job summary

Azadea Group in Candeeiros, Portugal, is seeking a customer service associate for our restaurant team. You will greet guests, present menus, assist with selections, take orders and ensure timely service.

Requirements: high school degree, 1–2 years in hospitality or customer service, fluent in English (Arabic a plus). You will liaise with kitchen and baristas, maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere, and handle payments at the cashier.

Responsibilities

• Arrange table set-ups before and after each customer according to brand standards
• Ensure staff provides friendly, professional, timely service; report discrepancies or complaints to the Manager on duty
• Collect bill payments from customers and hand them to the cashier
