Job summary

Jobbex IT is seeking a Vulnerability Manager to lead the vulnerability management lifecycle across systems, networks, and applications in Portugal. You will assess findings from scans and tests, validate exploitability, and prioritize risks by impact.

You will coordinate remediation with SOC, Risk, and Architecture teams, ensuring robust documentation and KPI monitoring. The role requires a degree in CS or related field and 5+ years in cybersecurity, with strong communication and analytical

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably vulnerability management.
Strong expertise in vulnerability assessment, exploitation, and risk management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the vulnerability management strategy and lifecycle.
Assess vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and applications, analyzing scan and penetration testing results.
Validate vulnerability exploitability and prioritize risks based on operational impact.
Coordinate remediation plans with relevant teams and maintain technical documentation.
Monitor KPIs and collaborate with SOC, Offensive Security, Risk Management, and Architecture teams.
