A cybersecurity firm is seeking a Vulnerability Manager to join their Security team in Lisbon. The role involves managing the vulnerability lifecycle, executing and troubleshooting scans, and developing scripts to automate vulnerability management tasks. Candidates must have knowledge of pentesting, programming skills in Python, and be fluent in English and Portuguese. Qualificações

• Understanding of pentesting and security principles.
• Proficiency in Python for developing scripts.
• Strong network fundamentals and Unix command familiarity.
• Experience with SQL for database management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the vulnerability lifecycle and scanning process.
• Execute and troubleshoot vulnerability scans using Nessus.
• Develop and modify scripts for vulnerability management tasks.
• Analyze scan results and automate vulnerability closure.
• Plan and configure systems for vulnerability scans.

Conhecimentos

Security Knowledge (for example knowledge of pentesting)

Programming skills (Python)

Network Knowledge

Unix (important to know network commands, bash commands)

SQL knowledge

Brief knowledge of risk management

Fluency in English and Portuguese
