iCapital is seeking a Vice President, Platform Infrastructure Architecture to lead design and standardization of our Kubernetes, cloud networking, edge services, and API access patterns across regions.

This architecture-first role involves hands-on validation through proof-of-concept projects, documenting guardrails, and partnering with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure scalable, secure platform capabilities.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in platform, cloud, or infrastructure roles with architectural responsibility.
• Hands-on experience designing/operating Kubernetes platforms in production.
• Deep AWS infrastructure knowledge including networking and managed services.
• Experience designing cloud networking and edge architectures (ingress/egress, traffic).
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear standards and reference architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Design and validate Kubernetes platform architecture, including cluster lifecycle and autoscaling.
• Define cloud networking patterns, VPC design, routing, ingress/egress, private connectivity.
• Lead edge and traffic management strategies (CDN, DNS, TLS).
• Standardize API gateway and north-south access patterns.
• Produce reference architectures and architectural guardrails for teams.
• Review designs for alignment with long-term strategy.
• Stay hands-on with PoCs and reference implementations.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to promote adoption.
