Siemens Energy is seeking a Vice President (f/m/d) Group Financing, Rating & Bank Relations to lead the Group’s global funding strategy and manage key external financial stakeholder relationships. Reporting to the Head of Treasury & Corporate Finance, the role safeguards financial flexibility through robust funding structures and disciplined capital market access.

The position oversees financing activities across the Group, including capital market and bank financing, M&A support, and portfolio

Qualificações

• Extensive leadership experience in financial services and corporate finance.
• Track record of executing complex strategic transactions across global markets.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, debt instruments and rating dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder management with banks, rating agencies and investors.
• Fluent English; German language skills are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Siemens Energy’s global funding strategy across capital markets and banks.
• Lead debt investor relations in collaboration with Investor Relations and finance leadership.
• Manage rating agency relationships and external credit positioning.
• Oversee working capital governance and financing programs, including supply chain finance.
• Drive digitalization and standardization in Group Financing, Rating & Bank Relations.
• Provide strategic leadership and people development for a global finance organization.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, M&A, and Corporate Development.
• Engage senior stakeholders and boards with credible financial storytelling.
