Siemens Energy seeks a seasoned Credit Risk Analyst to join the global Customer Credit Risk Intelligence team. You will evaluate customer creditworthiness, support rating models, and deliver portfolio insights to enable informed business decisions across regions.

You will collaborate with regional teams, management, and external rating providers, shaping risk governance and analytics. Strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership will be essential in this pivotal governance

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, risk management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate credit risk, financial analysis, banking, or rating environments.
• Experience assessing medium and large corporate customers internationally.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Snowflake) is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Conduct customer credit risk assessments and financial statement analysis.
• Perform manual credit ratings and complex assessments for large or high-risk customers.
• Validate and challenge automated and external credit ratings.
• Identify emerging risks, rating anomalies, and portfolio trends.
• Develop risk reports, dashboards, and analytics using analytics tools.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in credit risk assessment.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate credit risk, financial analysis, banking, or rating environments.
• Experience assessing medium and large corporate customers internationally.

The Customer Credit Risk Intelligence team operates as a global governance function within Treasury & Corporate Finance. This dedicated team plays a crucial role in shaping and overseeing customer-specific credit risk practices across Siemens Energy worldwide. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Credit Risk Intelligence, you will be a key governance manager driving consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment in customer credit-related processes across all regions.
