A Delnext está à procura de um Designer Multidisciplinar para moldar a identidade da marca através de expertise criativo. Procuramos profissional capaz de transitar entre ambientes físicos e digitais, estáticos e animados, entregando trabalho de alta qualidade do conceito à execução.

É exigida experiência mínima de 3 anos em design multidisciplinar, portfólio sólido em impressão, packaging, ativos digitais, motion e conteúdo 3D; domínio avançado do Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop e InDesign) e

Qualificações

• Experiência mínima de 3 anos em design multidisciplinar (agência ou in‑house).
• Portfólio sólido que demonstre print/packaging, assets digitais, motion e conteúdo 3D.
• Domínio avançado de Illustrator, Photoshop e InDesign; After Effects ou Premiere Pro (motion).
• Conhecimentos de 3D (Blender/Dimension/Substance) para renderização de produtos.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e evoluir a identidade visual da marca em todos os canais.
• Criar assets digitais para redes, email marketing, banners e páginas de destino.
• Projetar soluções de impressão, packaging e merchandising.
• Produzir motion graphics e visuais 3D de alta qualidade.

Descrição da Função

\"Join our innovative team as a Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Zumub's brand identity through your creative expertise. ROLE: We are looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer to join our creative team. We are seeking a creative professional with the technical expertise and versatility to move seamlessly between physical and digital environments, static and animated media, delivering high-quality work from concept development through to final execution.\"

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brand Identity & Consistency: Develop and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Digital & Performance Design: Create visually impactful assets for social media, email marketing campaigns, website banners, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
• Physical & Merchandise Design: Design print-ready solutions for packaging, apparel, merchandising materials, and other branded assets.
• Motion & 3D Visuals: Produce motion graphics, animations, and high-quality 3D product visualizations and renders.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on multidisciplinary design experience in an agency or in‑house environment; Versatile Portfolio (Mandatory): Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print and packaging design, digital assets, motion graphics, and 3D visual content; Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign); Intermediate proficiency in After Effects (or Premiere Pro) for motion graphics and video editing; Practical experience with 3D software such as Blender, Adobe Dimension, or Adobe Substance for product rendering, modelling, and mockup creation. Languages: Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken; Profile: Strong sense of ownership, high adaptability, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail.
