Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Content Moderator to help maintain a positive online experience for users across our platform. You will review videos, images, text and audio, address queries, and support Trust & Safety initiatives to protect the brand and community.

The role requires a passion for watching videos, comfort with a 24/7 rotating schedule, and fluency in Hebrew and English. EU passport or Portuguese work permit is required to join the team in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluency in both Hebrew and English.

• Handling customer inquiries related to Trust & Safety matters, including abuse reports and appeals.
• Collaborating with ByteDance’s internal teams to ensure the safety of both users and the brand.
• Providing services in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
