• Collaborate with the moderation team to provide feedback, improve processes, and maintain high service quality
• Use platforms and tools to efficiently classify content, log actions taken, and maintain accurate records
• Stay alert to new trends, content formats, and emergent risks in video streams and social media
• Support a shift-based schedule across multiple channels, adapting to live moderation demands

Who You Are

• Native or fluent in German (C1+) with strong professional English communication skills
• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or related roles is beneficial but your analytical mindset and reliability matter most
• Strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Comfortable using moderation tools and staying current with digital media formats
• Resilient, adaptable, and ready to work shift hours (including nights or weekends) in a dynamic environment
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and workflows
