Cognizant in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Video Content Analyst to review and classify video content for compliance and safety. The role requires Dutch (C1) and English (B2) proficiency, as well as flexibility to work 24/7 shifts from the office.

The position emphasizes accurate reviews, fast adaptation to processes, and collaboration within a multinational team. Fresh graduates are welcome and training is provided.

We are looking for:

• Proficiency of Dutch language at min. C1 level and English at B2 level,
• Availability to work on 24/7 shift (including weekend shifts) from the office,
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills,
• Quick learning and organizational skills - adaptability to learn new processes, concepts,
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard,
• Having a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification,
• Ability to review content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain sensitive and explicit material, sometimes involving graphic, discriminatory or otherwise disturbing subjects on text or video formats.

The focus of the role will be to:

• Review and process incoming privacy requests through online tools,

Content Moderators play an important role in ensuring the safety of online communities against harmful user generated content. Safeguarding the online communication space can lead to meaningful and rewarding work for a content moderator as the mission of moderation aims to create positive, safe and inclusive environments for everyone.

Rewarding outcomes are not often without challenges. As a part of the job requirement, you will be required to review and analyze explicit and extremely sensitive content sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing text, videos, and images which may be disturbing due to their egregious nature. The content under review is likely to expose the reviewer to crime scenes, dangerous or derogatory content, abuse, harassment and sexually explicit content.
