You will collaborate with editors and creators, shaping scripts for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, bringing a distinct voice in Portuguese and English. The role offers a hybrid setup with two days in Lisbon and strong training and bonuses.

The Role

We're looking for a Video Ad Scriptwriter: a creative, hands-on scriptwriter for video ads. This is a purely creative role: no media buying, no performance analysis required. What matters is your ability to watch a video ad, spot what's missing, and come up with sharp new hooks, frames, and angles. And, then write the script that brings that idea to life.

You'll work closely with our creative and video teams across different agencies, writing scripts that feel natural, punchy, and human: never generic, never robotic, even when AI is part of your process.

What You'll Own

• Watching our existing video ads and proposing new hooks, frames, and angles to test
• Writing scripts for video ads: sharp, conversational, built to grab attention in the first seconds
• Bringing a human voice to every script, whether you start from scratch or refine an AI-generated draft
• Working closely with editors and creators so scripts translate well on screen
• Staying on top of what's working in short-form video and ad formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)

What We're Looking For

• A genuinely creative mind: ideas come naturally, you don't need a detailed brief to think of something interesting
• Strong scriptwriting and copywriting skills: sharp, natural, persuasive
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your process, but with sharp enough instincts to make sure the final result never feels AI-generated
• A trained eye for video: you can watch an ad and immediately see what could hook better
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
