Softlanding x Landing.Jobs is seeking a Vendor Management Operations Associate to ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor data across systems. You will maintain governance, dashboards, and reports in Excel and Power BI, while coordinating requests and supporting stakeholders with administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes data consistency, governance, and process adherence, with exposure to SAP Ariba or Fieldglass preferred. Strong English skills required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–4 years of experience in administrative operational processes or vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update vendor documentation across governance standards and tools.
• Monitor vendor management trackers and datasets, ensuring completeness and reliability.
• Support managers with day-to-day governance activities, data updates, and process clarification.
• Coordinate governance activities by tracking requests and following up with stakeholders.
• Generate regular reports and perform basic data analysis to support decision making.
• Create dashboards and visualizations (Excel, Power BI) to track vendor activity and data accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to vendor governance processes and highlight deviations or gaps.
• Identify data inconsistencies and proactively resolve issues with stakeholders.
