🔎We are looking for a VBA Developer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing local applications developed in VBA (Excel and Access).
• Design and develop lightweight solutions (Excel macros, Access databases, Outlook add-ins) in close collaboration with business units.
• Identify and develop new automation opportunities based on business needs.
• Work directly with users located in Paris and Porto, ensuring functional and efficient solutions.
• Monitor daily production activities and ensure application reliability.
• Participate in analysis, development, deployment, and integration of software modules.
• Follow development best practices and coding standards.
• Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with the Paris Expert Team during validation phases, including interviews and live coding tests.

Your Profile and Skills

• Bring 6 to 9 years of experience in software development.
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in VBA for Excel and Access.
• Use SQL to query, analyze, and manipulate data in relational databases.
• Work comfortably in English within a professional environment.
• Operate with a high level of autonomy, managing direct interactions with business units.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Apply strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Adapt quickly to production constraints and manage priorities efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively within a distributed team environment.
