Merkle, a dentsu company, in Lisbon, is seeking a UX/UI Designer to envision and shape digital touchpoints for global clients. You'll collaborate with CX strategists, designers, and developers to translate business goals into user-centric designs.

The role emphasizes building accessible interfaces, contributing to design systems, and delivering pixel-perfect, responsive experiences in an Agile, hybrid environment.

Qualificações

• Interface design, interaction design, and usability.
• Completed degree in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of early UX design experience in conceptualizing and designing digital products.
• Creative and analytical thinking with ability to translate complex systems into visuals.
• Basic knowledge of core UX principles (usability, accessibility, IA, inclusive design).
• Experience with Figma, Miro, and prototyping tools.
• Good UI principles, responsive design, and design systems.
• Experience across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce projects.
• Experience collaborating with development teams in Agile environments.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to support design workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Develop unique digital interfaces and applications for reputable clients.
• Translate visions into working design concepts and implement independently.
• Collaborate with software developers, consultants and researchers in interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor projects from ideation through implementation.
