• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI design tools: (e.g., Figma AI, Nano Banana, Vertex AI, Midjourney etc.) in a professional workflow, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to guide them to brand-aligned outcomes
• A demonstrable passion for the AI space: With a proven ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and integrate new technologies and tools into your design process
• Familiarity with emerging UX patterns for AI: Such as conversational search, assistant UIs, and recommendation modules
• Excellent communication skills: With an ability to articulate design rationale and present research on new tools clearly

Good-to-Have:

• Experience designing chat or guided-selling flows
