The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in user experience processes and be fluent in Portuguese. The role involves implementing new projects and providing support within a team. This position offers a remote work model with monthly on-site meetings in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience with User Experience, including research and usability tests.
• Experience with Design Systems.
• Experience with transactional portals.
• Good soft skills, proactivity, and empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Work within an UX/UI design team on new project implementations.
• Provide on-job support for existing designs.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an UX/UI Designer for one of our projects. You are going to work within an UX/UI design team, towards the implementation of new projects.

MUST HAVE

• +5 years' experience with User Experience (someone who does the whole process, research, fieldwork, interviews, usability tests, etc.);
• Experience with Design Systems;
• Experience with transactional portals;
• Experience with Figma;
• Good soft skills, proactivity and empathy.
