Job summary
Bosch Home Comfort Portugal is offering an extracurricular UX and Product Documentation internship (f/m/div.) on-site in Aveiro, within the Home Comfort division. The program spans 12 months, with a 60/40 split between UX and documentation activities, and a limited contract.

Qualifications
- Academic degree in a relevant field.
- Strong MS Office and data visualization tool knowledge.
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; other languages valued.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to derive actionable product insights.
- Create rough design concepts using Human-Centered Design.
- Present findings and run knowledge-sharing workshops.
- Maintain Jira user access workflows and update DigiEngHub/Docupedia docs.
- Deliver MFS training, coordinate NFRs, gather user feedback for process improvements.
