Job Description

• Solidexperience as a Project Manager, managing medium size and complexity in scope, timing, and/or budget projects / portfolios.

• Plan and control the project roadmap, timeline, costs, and risks.

• Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

• Ensure compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risks, and mitigation).

• Critical analysis skills with a focus on resolving blockers.

• Ensure financial execution is aligned with project progress.

• Prepare project reporting, management information, and support decision-making.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment.

• Ensure effective and assertive communication and reporting with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical and Computer Engineering
• Project Management and related fields certifications.
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Skills in planning, risk management, and cost control.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
