Uber Eats was launched in Portugal in November 2017 and is the most used Delivery platform in Portugal. We are available in 100+ cities, delivering from over 12,000 stores (restaurants, groceries and stores) and still growing quickly!
As User Operations Manager, you will be responsible for improving the experience of our Users in our many Portuguese cities, and finding opportunities for us to continue to grow in those cities. For that, you'll be responsible for conducting analysis to better understand our geographies, develop project plans to drive growth, work with our Commercial, Operations and cross-functional teams to drive change for those cities and get your hands dirty by executing plenty.
You will work closely with the rest of our Operations team, and drive alignment across several teams, including local Acquisition and Account Management teams, Regional Operations or Finance.
This role calls for a combination of analytical skills, business acumen, stakeholder management and creativity. We operate in a fast paced environment, so we are looking for a highly adaptable candidate who is able to work on longer-term strategic initiatives while addressing our short-term issues at the same time.
