Capgemini Engineering is seeking a QA Automation Engineer in Lisbon to design, implement, and maintain automated tests across software pipelines. You will translate requirements into test scenarios, collaborate with developers in a hybrid setup, and contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, independent work, and proactive problem solving within a global engineering environment that values innovation and diverse projects.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with UI Test Automation (Playwright or similar).
• Experience setting up and maintaining automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile ways of working.
• Experience with API testing tools is a plus.
• Ability to turn software requirements, user stories, and business processes into clear test scenarios.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills in English.
