Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join its global engineering services teams in Portugal. You will help ensure software quality by blending functional testing, defect analysis, and automation in an Agile setting.

You will design, execute, and maintain automated test suites using Robot Framework, Selenium, or Cypress; collaborate across disciplines; work with Jira, Confluence, and XRAY; and contribute to continuous improvement while embracing international teamwork

Qualificações

• Strong experience in software testing, quality assurance, and defect management across complex application environments.
• Hands-on expertise with test management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, and XRAY, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience in log analysis, defect diagnosis, and understanding application architectures and data flows.
• Experience or interest in test automation using tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in international environments; French B1 is required.

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of software applications by combining functional testing, defect analysis, and test automation.
