Capgemini Engineering is seeking an automation engineer to design, develop, and enhance automated testing frameworks using Robot Framework and Python. You will leverage AI-assisted tools to boost test intelligence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software fast.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years of experience in test automation, strong CI/CD experience, and a passion for quality engineering.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years in test automation with Robot Framework and Python.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile software development environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Robot Framework and Python across functional, regression, and integration tests.
• Write clean, reusable Python scripts and custom Robot Framework libraries to extend testing capabilities.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test creation and intelligence.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to translate requirements into automated tests.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality feedback.
• Analyze test results and drive resolution with engineering teams to prevent recurrence.
