Job summary

Infinity Games is seeking a UA & Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing & User Acquisition team. The role blends data-driven marketing with mobile game campaigns, offering exposure to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and ASO initiatives.

Based in Portugal, this hybrid position requires presence in the Odivelas office and a curiosity for performance marketing. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and contribute to a growing portfolio of international mobile games.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field, obtained in Portugal or recognized if outside Portugal
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Odivelas (not fully remote)
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and numbers
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing or user acquisition
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, launch and optimization of User Acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV and ARPU
• Support creative testing (videos, statics, playables) and analyse performance results
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Design and Game teams to improve campaign performance
• Support ASO initiatives and store presence optimization (App Store & Google Play)
• Help with day-to-day marketing tasks and operational support to the team

Role Description

Infinity Games is looking for a UA & Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing & User Acquisition team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves data, is curious about performance marketing, and wants to build a career in UA and mobile marketing within the games industry.

This is a hybrid role, with regular presence in our Odivelas office.

• Support the planning, launch and optimization of User Acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Odivelas (this is not a fully remote role)
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and numbers
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing or user acquisition
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience in UA, performance marketing or mobile games
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.
• Knowledge of mobile game metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU)
