Vodafone in Lisbon is seeking an engineer to lead the engineering and delivery of core TV platforms within the TED team, coordinating across markets to drive platform and service integration, ensure end-to-end configuration, and meet time-to-market goals.

You will analyse technical docs, support testing and incidents, interact with stakeholders, and contribute to lifecycle, capacity management, and vendor management.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT.
• Strong collaboration across functions and cultures.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Customer focus and orientation.
• Innovation-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of telecoms and video tech (preferable).
• Familiarity with agile development and delivery (preferable).
• Troubleshooting, critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the integration of platform and services across markets.
• Assure end-to-end configuration of TV features with consistency.
• Coordinate and manage vendors for TV projects, ensuring milestones.
• Review technical docs to validate producible solutions.
• Support testing, automation and certification processes.
• Assist operations post-delivery with incidents and fixes.
• Interface with stakeholders for execution of activities.
• Design and implement solutions with validation and post deployment support.
• Manage lifecycle and capacity planning.
• Oversee project-level vendor management and CM.
