Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a VAS Solution Engineer based in Portugal to lead evolution of value‑added service platforms across modern mobile networks such as LTE and 5G. You will design, implement and manage policy control solutions, collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams, and own initiatives from requirements through deployment and ongoing operational support.

This role offers exposure to cutting‑edge network technologies and opportunities to drive tangible business

Qualificações

• Proven telecom experience with GSM/LTE/5G platforms.
• Strong knowledge of policy control and charging systems.
• Hands-on with Diameter and GTP signaling in telecom.
• Experience with Linux and SQL databases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage the roadmap and lifecycle of policy control platforms.
• Lead delivery of new services and platform enhancements from design to deployment.
• Translate business goals into scalable technical solutions with internal teams.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and oversee delivery.
• Support procurement by defining requirements and evaluating proposals.
• Coordinate end-to-end deployment, testing, and handover.
• Provide technical expertise on platform architecture and capabilities.
