Job summary

Charm Connect in Faro is seeking a skilled Turner/Machinist to operate and maintain precision metalworking equipment. This full-time position includes accommodation and visa support for eligible applicants.

You will set up lathes, grinders and milling machines, read blueprints, and inspect parts to ensure they meet exact specifications while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Turner/Machinist in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools.
• Strong knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good physical strength and dexterity to handle heavy materials and operate machinery.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese is an asset).
