Inetum is a European leader in digital services. The Treasury Technician role in Lisbon involves monitoring liquidity across currencies and forecasting cash movements to support funding decisions.

Hybrid work with two to three days in the Lisbon office is offered, and the position requires late-afternoon to evening shifts. The candidate should hold a economics/finance degree with at least 2 years in banking or treasury, English proficiency, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative, analytical

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations or Treasury Management.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Driven to teamwork and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work late shift (1:00PM - 10:00PM).
• Strong organizational skills and data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and forecast daily liquidity positions across multiple currencies.
• Analyze cash flows and calculate forward liquidity positions.
• Support funding and balance management decisions with Treasury and Front Office teams.
• Consolidate forecasts and ensure data accuracy across business areas.
• Investigate liquidity variances and explain balance movements.
• Manage cash concentration processes and reserve management tasks.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and forecast daily liquidity positions across multiple currencies.
• Analyse cash flows and calculate forward liquidity positions.
• Partner with Treasury and Front Office teams to support funding and balance management decisions.
• Consolidate forecasts from various business areas and ensure data accuracy.
• Investigate liquidity variances and provide insightful analysis on balance movements.
• Manage cash concentration processes and support reserve management activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations or Treasury Management.
• Knowledge of operational processes and transaction monitoring.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specially Excel .
• Driven to team work.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Available to work on a late shift (1:00PM - 10:00PM).
