Job summary

Finastra in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Support Expert / MOE Integration Specialist to strengthen our treasury back‑office solutions team. You will ensure reliability of financial flows, manage system interfaces, and configure advanced setups for clients.

You will work with ERP, banking platforms, and payment tools, handle MT940/PAIN-like formats, and document fixes. The role demands strong SQL, multi-system data flow knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in advanced technical support, MOE, software integration, or application operations.
• Comfortable with software configuration and multi-system data flows.
• SQL skills for analyzing treasury data.
• Familiar with SWIFT, SEPA, EDI, XML, JSON formats and file transfers.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated technical incidents related to treasury modules (cash management, forecasting, reconciliation, reporting).
• Configure treasury back-office modules based on client requirements (account structures, workflows).
• Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between ERP, banking systems, and payment platforms.
• Produce technical documentation and assist in upskilling Level 1/2 teams.
