Greenvolt Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance team in a hybrid work setting. You will handle invoicing, apply payments, and ensure compliance with company policies while liaising with other departments to resolve billing issues.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely posting, and clear reporting on AR status and aging. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and experience, with English and Portuguese proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Administration or similar.
• Professional experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation.
• Knowledge of SAP Accounts Receivable (preferred).
• English and Portuguese language skills in speaking and writing, further language skills desirable.
• Steadfast communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced international business environment

Responsabilidades
