Job summary

Logoplaste is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Treasury team in Lisbon area. You will work under the Senior Treasury Controller to ensure timely payments, manage cash flow, intercompany loans in SAP and maintain accurate postings including month-end adjustments. IFRS 16 knowledge is a plus.

The role requires a degree in accounting or economics and at least 3 years in a similar function, with strong Excel skills and English proficiency. SAP experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, management or economics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or equivalent role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and English language (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Liquidity Management: manage funding to ensure scheduled payments and elaborate short term cash flow forecast.
• Budget and Forecast: elaborate payment files, analyze vendor open items and coordinate with departments.
• Treasury Postings: handle bank statements, payments, receivables, intercompany transfers and month end tasks.
