The role involves creating and modifying reservations, assisting with customer queries, and supporting back-office operations. Your responsibilities

• Manage bookings: create, modify, or cancel reservations via phone, email, and chat.

• Assist clients during the after-sales process by answering questions and handling requests.

• Support back-office operations such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations.

Your profile

• Native level of German and good command of English.

• Strong interest in travel and the tourism industry.

• Already living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon.

• Valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory).

What’s in it for you?

• Contract: 12-month contract from the first day of training (fully paid).

• Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week – rotating shifts Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 10 PM.

• Salary package:

  • €1,235/month × 14 salaries/year

• Probation: 30 days.
