As a Travel Customer Advisor, you will assist travelers with personalized support and more.

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships across global teams.
  • Solve issues related to travel or technology, from platform queries to emergency situations.

  • Stay updated with industry and platform knowledge.

Profile

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Italian (C1 or higher)
  • Fluency in English (B2 or higher)
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • 10-week remote training; occasional office meetings

  • Experience with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan)
  • Proficient with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and in-house platforms
