If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialists to join our Travel Assistance team in Lisbon for the German Market. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for travelers facing unexpected situations — providing essential insurance support and guidance when they need it most.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to German travelers facing various situations (accidents, breakdowns, etc.) via phone, email, and chat
  • Coordinate with service providers and partners to ensure timely and seamless support
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions
  • Remain calm and supportive under pressure
Qualifications
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken – mandatory, level C1 minimum)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Previous experience in customer service (travel, insurance, or related field preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
  • Clear, empathetic, and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work in a Hybrid model in Lisbon, with rotating shifts (including nights and weekends - night shifts are always work-from-home)
