Your Mission

As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the implementation of Total Rewards strategies and programs, ensuring their competitiveness, anticipating market trends, and aligning with Zurich Group policies and business priorities. You will join a team of diverse functions focused on driving innovation and automation of HR processes, promoting efficiency and the employee experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the definition and execution of Zurich Group compensation policies, as well as develop compensation and benefits programs in line with Group practices and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with the governance principles of Total Rewards processes.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation in HR processes, focusing on efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in digital transformation projects, including the implementation of new tools and systems.
  • Collaborate in the production and monitoring of performance indicators (data analytics) and propose improvements based on data processing and insights.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Consulting, HR Analytics, or similar.
  • Previous experience (5+ years) in Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) or Digital HR.
  • Experience managing HR tools and systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.) is prioritized.
  • Analytical skills and data orientation.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Positive attitude, with a solutions-oriented spirit.
  • Agile and flexible.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
