A leading training provider for NATO in Portugal is seeking a contractor to deliver TOPFAS training and develop supportive materials. The role requires a NATO SECRET security clearance, fluency in English, and advanced knowledge of the TOPFAS system. Responsibilities include managing course deliveries, updating training content, mentoring staff, and testing new software versions. This is a contract position at the NCI Academy in Oeiras, Portugal, aimed at providing high-quality training services to NATO.

Qualificações

• NATO SECRET security clearance required.
• Fluent in English, able to read and write technical documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of TOPFAS and its training delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver training iterations for TOPFAS courses.
• Update training materials to reflect system changes.
• Provide mentoring and support across NATO and National HQ.
