Contact One Communications seeks a LOGFAS instructor to deliver Fundamental and Data Operator courses at the NCI Academy in Oeiras, Portugal, with potential deployment to NATO/National locations.

The role includes managing course iterations, coordinating with instructors, updating training materials, and mentoring learners on LOGFAS tools like LCM, GeoMan and LDM, ensuring NATO-standard delivery.

Qualificações

• Candidate has a NATO SECRET security clearance, valid at bid submission and covering contract duration.
• Fluent in English; able to read/write technical and user documentation.
• NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years' experience delivering LOGFAS Fundamental and Data Operator courses.
• Minimum 2 years' experience updating/creating training content.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver LOGFAS Fundamental and Data Operator training iterations at NCI Academy Oeiras or Mobile Training Team locations.
• Liaise with instructors and students to ensure smooth course execution; act as POC for LOGFAS iterations.
• Update LOGFAS training materials with new versions and features.
• Review course content to align with updated objectives; reorganize modules and schedules.
• Provide LOGFAS mentoring using LCM, GeoMan and LDM; prepare end-of-iteration reports.
