Vector Synergy invites an experienced LOGFAS Instructor to lead theoretical and practical training sessions on LOGFAS applications. The role involves delivering courses at the NCI Academy or on-site at customer locations, and supporting iterations planning to ensure continuity.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience training adults, knowledge of NATO Operations Planning, and qualifications across LOGFAS courses.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering training to adult learners.
• Knowledge of NATO Operations Planning Process.
• Experience with LOGFAS applications.
• Qualifications in one or more LOGFAS courses.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, maintain and deliver theoretical and practical training on all LOGFAS applications.
• Support LOGFAS Section Head in planning and coordination of iterations and ensure business continuity.
• Support other courses with LOGFAS-related lessons if required.
• Prepare the training environment and coordinate trainings at customer locations.
• Develop and apply suitable training delivery methods for classroom, remote, online and blended learning.
• Produce visual, audio-visual or multimedia aids including teaching notes and handouts.
• Apply Academy Quality Assurance Policies.
• Contribute to Course Control Documentation in line with SAT procedures.
• The incumbent may be required to perform a similar range of duties.
