Yazaki Corporation in Aveiro, Portugal is seeking a Grinding Technician for our plant. You will read 3D and 2D drawings, select grinding tools, set up machines, adjust parameters and inspect parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in tooling or manufacturing, knowledge of 3D visualization software and tolerances analysis, and a proven ability to work with planning teams, maintain equipment, and continuously improve processes.

Qualificações

• Academic Background – Secondary, Tool Design and Manufacturing. Injection Tooling technology.
• Minimum professional experience in a related area – 8-10 years.
• Knowledge - 3D visualization software & tolerances analysis.

Responsabilidades

• 3D and 2D drawings - read and interpret drawings, work instructions and other technical specifications of the work to be performed.
• Grinding machine - choose the right tool and place it in the machine.
• Grinding machine - adjust the commands required for the tool to perform the work as specified.
• Grinding machine - rectify, whenever necessary, the most varied inserts.
• Planning - follow the priorities set by the planning team
• Measure part - measure all the surfaces required to guarantee all the dimensions.
• First level maintenance - perform all the tasks describe in fist level maintenance procedure
