Axians | Digital Solutions - Tech Talent is seeking a Test Leader to drive the QA strategy across international initiatives in an Agile environment. You will define testing approaches, coordinate testing activities, and lead defect management with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes building test plans, ensuring test execution and reporting, and maintaining compliance with group standards. A strong background in ISTQB principles and test tooling is valued.

Qualificações

• Degree in Informatics or related areas.
• Understand the project’s methodology.
• Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB).
• Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products (desirable).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Test activities.
• Able to build a test strategy and test schedule.
• Able to manage one or more software testers.
• Able to work in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge on Octane, JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge in API.
• Knowledge in SQL language.
• Risk identification and follow-up.
• Fluency in French language.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Test Leader to join an international project and drive the quality assurance strategy across critical business initiatives. You will play a key role in defining testing approaches, coordinating testing activities, ensuring compliance with testing standards, and leading defect management processes while working closely with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Contribute to the design of the Business Analyst tests within a project.
• Ensure the execution of the Tests.
• Ensure the reporting of the Tests within a project.
• Contribute to the identification and correction of any anomalies within the project.
• Guarantee the compliance with the norms and stardards of the group.

Your Key Skills

• Test Strategy and Test Management.
