We Are META is seeking a Test Lead with strong QA expertise to drive end-to-end test strategies and go/no-go decisions. You will manage test assets in Octane, JIRA, and Confluence, ensure robust defect handling, and validate integrations using API testing and SQL within an Agile, hybrid Lisbon-based setup.

The role requires 5 years in QA, English and French at B2 or higher, and eligibility to work in Portugal with a preference for candidates in Lisbon area.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Own end-to-end test strategies and master test plans.
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking.
• Proficient in API testing and SQL for data verification.
• ISTQB knowledge and Agile delivery experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own end-to-end test strategies and go/no-go reporting.
• Manage test cases, defects, and project docs using Octane/JIRA/Confluence.
• Identify, log, prioritise and track anomalies to resolution.
• Support functional validation across integrated layers with API/SQL.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Proven ability to build and own end-to-end test strategies and master test plans across the full project lifecycle, including Go/No Go reporting to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing test cases, defects, and project documentation using Octane, JIRA, and Confluence in accordance with defined departmental standards.
• Solid understanding of test methodology principles and vocabulary as defined by ISTQB, applied within an Agile delivery environment.
• Working knowledge of API testing and SQL to support functional validation and data verification across integrated application layers.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, log, prioritise, and follow up on anomalies through to resolution, contributing to final defect and test closure reports.
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Fluency in French (B2)
• Availability for Hybrid model, 2-3 times a week based in Lisbon
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
