We Are META is seeking a Test Analyst in Porto to join our consulting team. You’ll contribute to test design, translate business needs into test cases, and validate domain workflows in Wynsure or GLIS while working in a hybrid model with local stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a consulting delivery context.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with Savings and Protection domains and related workflows in Wynsure or GLIS.
• Experience within a mature, process-driven testing methodology.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 3 to 6 years years of experience as a Test Analyst
• Proven ability to contribute to test design activities, translating business and functional requirements into structured, traceable test cases.
• Familiarity with the "Savings" and "Protection" business domains, enabling effective validation of domain-specific workflows and business rules within applications like Wynsure or GLIS.
• Ability to work within a mature, process-driven testing methodology, adhering to established standards for test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to identify, document, and communicate defects clearly, supporting resolution across cross-functional teams in a consulting delivery context.
• Capacity to engage with stakeholders in a service-oriented test delivery model, contributing to multiple concurrent test projects across different business areas.
• Availability for Hybrid model 2 to 3 x week (based in Porto)
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
