Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Public Management/ Administration, Information Management, Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Digital platforms: comfortable using, populating, and exploring digital platforms, with a knack for turning raw data into structured reports and visual dashboards.
• Time management with high attention to detail in document control and meeting strict deadlines.
• Fluent in Portuguese with excellent knowledge of English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn, optimize processes, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and explore innovative digital tools to optimize daily workflows.
• Support end-to-end proposal management processes and enhance tools that drive tender execution.
• Continuously update and manage data tools to ensure accuracy and consistency across tender management systems.
• Extract and analyze tender and pricing data to develop clear reports and visual dashboards for leadership decisions.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy in documentation control and meet submission deadlines.
